Chapter two clearly spells out the

Chapter three addresses testate and intestate succession under the statute, per stripes and per capita.
Chapter four is an examination of
the various methods of succession as it affects the main
tribes in Nigeria and criticism of intestate succession.
Chapter five brings about the concision of this project work.
